Team Moore LLC (“Team Moore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an Indiana company that operates moore.team, it.moore.team (Team Moore IT), and digital.moore.team (Team Moore Digital). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit any of our websites, submit a contact form, respond to our advertising, or otherwise engage with our services. Please read this policy carefully. By using our websites, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, information advertising platforms share with us when you respond to our ads, and information collected automatically when you use our websites:

  • Contact Information: Your name, email address, company name, and phone number (optional) when you submit our contact form, email us, or schedule a call.
  • Inquiry Details: The message you send us and any other details you choose to share about your business, goals, technology, or budget.
  • Lead Form Information: If you submit a lead form in one of our ads on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), or Microsoft, that platform shares the information you enter with us.
  • Usage and Device Data: Pages you visit, links and buttons you click, time spent on the site, the referring website, browser and device type, and your IP address and the approximate location derived from it. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below under “Cookies, Analytics & Advertising.”
  • Security Signals: When you submit a form, a bot-protection service processes signals such as your IP address, browser user agent, and TLS fingerprint to confirm the submission comes from a person rather than an automated script.
  • Communications: Records of emails, calls, and messages you exchange with us.

Please do not send passwords, financial account numbers, health information, or confidential client files through our website forms. If we need sensitive information to serve you, we will arrange a secure way to receive it.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule calls
  • Provide, manage, and improve our services
  • Send relevant communications about our services (you may opt out at any time)
  • Measure how visitors use our websites and improve them
  • Measure the performance of our advertising and show our ads to people likely to be interested in them
  • Protect our websites and forms against spam, fraud, and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Information Sharing

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Trusted providers that help us run our business, such as email and productivity services (contact form submissions are processed and stored in our Microsoft 365 environment), CRM and scheduling tools, website hosting, and bot protection. They may use your information only to provide services to us, subject to their own privacy policies.
  • Advertising and Analytics Partners: Google, Meta, and Microsoft, as described under “Cookies, Analytics & Advertising.” We may also share contact information with these platforms in hashed form to show our ads to people who already know us, to reach similar audiences, or to exclude existing clients from our ads, using features such as Google Customer Match and Meta Custom Audiences. You can ask us to exclude your information from this use at any time.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our business or others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels, tags, and local storage, to remember your preferences (such as light or dark theme), understand how visitors use the site, and measure and improve our advertising. Third parties, including Google, Meta, and Microsoft, may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites, and use it to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads.

We and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as Google advertising cookies) together to measure site usage and ad performance, and to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to our websites. Specifically:

  • Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our websites. It uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, how you arrived, and your IP address. Learn how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Google Ads: We use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, along with the Google Analytics Advertising Features of remarketing and Google Ads integration, to see which ads lead to inquiries and to show our ads to people who have visited our websites. You can opt out of personalized ads from Google in Google Ads Settings.
  • Meta: We may use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel, the Conversions API, and Custom Audiences. Where we do, Meta may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect or receive information from our websites and elsewhere on the internet, and use it to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads. Learn more in the Meta Privacy Policy.
  • Microsoft Advertising: We may use Microsoft Advertising tools, such as the Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag, to measure ad performance and show our ads on Microsoft’s search and audience networks, including Bing. Where we do, Microsoft may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visit. Learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement and manage your choices in Microsoft ad settings.

You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from many participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative, and, if you are in Europe, through Your Online Choices. Opting out does not stop you from seeing ads, but the ads you see may be less relevant to you.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality of the site. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting; because there is no common standard for responding to it, our websites do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

5. Data Retention

We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and maintain accurate business records, or longer where the law requires. Analytics data is kept according to our analytics provider’s retention settings and then deleted automatically. When we no longer need information, we delete it or de-identify it.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Access to the information you send us is limited to the people at Team Moore who need it to respond to you or serve you. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you, including a copy in a portable format
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal obligations
  • Opt out of the use of your personal information for targeted advertising
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or contacting us directly

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at connect@moore.team. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we decline your request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response, and we will explain our decision.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some state privacy laws treat the use of advertising cookies as “sharing” personal information or as “targeted advertising.” You can opt out of that use through the choices described under “Cookies, Analytics & Advertising” or by contacting us.

8. Phone Numbers & Text Messages

If you give us your phone number, we use it only to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about our services. We do not share mobile numbers, text message opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. If we send you text messages, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

9. Information We Handle for Clients

When we provide services to clients, we may have access to information stored in their systems and accounts: email, files, user accounts, devices, and Microsoft 365 environments for Team Moore IT clients, and advertising, analytics, and website accounts and the leads they generate for Team Moore Digital clients. We access that information only as needed to deliver the services, keep it confidential, and never use it for our own marketing. Its handling is governed by each client’s service agreement, not by this Privacy Policy.

10. Where We Process Information

We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you visit our websites from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and for material changes we may also post a notice on our websites. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
